FLY PIN/ TIE TACK 1" LONG
We found
a delightful, old children's rhyme about bugs. …
A flea and a fly in a flue were stuck so what could they
do? Said the flea, “let us fly." Said the fly, “let us flee”.
So
they flew through a flaw in the flue.

We've discovered the charm of children's rhymes and are delighted when we find one that matches our bug jewelry. Here is a little poem that celebrates the life stages of a moth or butterfly, like the three pieces of jewelry below. The caterpillar spins it's cocoon, and after a peroiod of time, emerges as a moth ot butterfly. The butterfly lays its eggs on a plant, they develop into caterpillars and the process starts all over. Below are the three life stages of the Tobacco Hornworm. (the eggs are too tiny to replicate!)
Little fuzzy caterpillar In your warm cocoon The cold winter's over and you'll be hatching soon. Then you'll spread your wings On a warm summer's day And wave us all goodby As you fly, fly away.
