Stained Glass is
an ancient and revered form of art. The panels on this page were
designed and created by Sandra Buchholz of Elegant Insects. They are
all original. We decided to learn the art of Stained Glass in order to
add another form for celebrating the beauty of Insects, this time using
color. The glass for stained glass work comes in an astonishing variety
of color and textures, and is delicious to work with. So far we have
only produced four panels, because they are so time consuming. We hope
you enjoy looking at them and come back from time to time to see if we
have added any new ones. Look below for a detailed description of the
