Elegant Insects Jewelry was created to celebrate the form and texture of the wealth of insects in our world. It wasn't until we began to look at them very closely that we realized how beautiful they are and began to make jewelry that closely corresponds to their natural form.

All of our jewelry is designed individually and is modeled after real insects. We never cast real insects, or use them directly in our jewelry.
Although insects are our major interest, we also create "other than insect" jewelry, Check out our Medieval Bestiary for jewelry inspired by drawings and woodcuts from the 12th to 16 centuries. All of our jewelry is unusual and eye catching, and is dedicated to people who enjoy wearing beautiful things that are out of the ordinary.

About Ordering,Payments and Shipping. If you would like to order a piece of jewelry, or ask about creating a special insect, here is all the information you will need to begin the process. I hope this is helpful.
Most of our insect pins are immediately available, and are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after Paypal confirms receipt of payment. However, sometimes we have to re-order one, and that can take about 3-4 weeks. We will let you know! Creating a new made to order pin will take 4-6 weeks. So please plan ahead and check in with us about how soon we can have an item available.
2. We accept money orders, personal checks and Paypal. Paypal is necessary for credit cards. Please let us know which you would like to use.
If you don't already have a Paypal account, we will send you all the information you need to make payment safe and easy.
3. We ship all packages Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation. Shipping charge is $8.00. Shipping time is as soon as possible (but never more than 5 business days) after a money order is received, a check clears, or Paypal confirms payment. We will combine up to three items in a single package for the same shipping charge.
4.We are required to charge Sales Tax to New York State Residents. If you are a New York State resident we will add 8% sales tax to your total.
